The postnatal period is a completely unique experience for all new parents, full of joy as well as individual challenges.  Yoga With Baby gives all new parents the opportunity to bond with their baby whilst participating in gentle yet invigorating yoga classes, supporting postnatal recovery, positive mental wellbeing and building a support network with other families.

As well as being the perfect postnatal exercise for new parents, the classes incorporate singing, sensory play, movement and positive ways to engage with and enjoy being with your baby that are incredibly beneficial to their physical and mental development. 

As with any postnatal exercise, it is crucial that you and your baby have completed your 6-week check with a GP before initialising any postnatal exercise.
